The Pacific Christmas Bush is a small tree or large shrub growing to 3 metres in height and 2 metres in width. A tight compact habit make it popular as a screening hedge or specimen tree.
Brilliant orange-red flowers appear in spring and summer attracting birds to the garden. New leaves emerge a bright copper colour, narrow in shape and growing up to 5 cm in length.
They are tolerant of salt spray and windy coastal environments making them a good choice for exposed gardens. Once established they are low maintenance and will grow in large pots adding colour to patios or planted in gardens as attractive screening hedges.
